Job Description
- Administer psychometric and aptitude assessments.
- Interpret reports with high accuracy.
- Simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with mentors for decision support.
- Ensure consistency and reliability in assessments.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Background in Psychology or Behavioral Science.
- Strong analytical and interpretation ability.
- Certification in psychometric tools (preferred).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM/ Flexible (student-centric timing)
